Gonville & Caius College RNT GALA DINNER
We are organizing our fifth gala dinner in the stunning Fellows’ Dining Room, Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.
Come and meet us at the dinner and learn more on Saturday 9th May 2026 from 18:00 at Gonville & Caius College. Entry limited to pre-booked tickets, no ticket on the night.
Bring your family and friends along and/or make some new friends.
Entrance fee: £80 per person (food and wine included).
Guest speakers: to be announced.
A raffle will be organized during the evening.
Dress code: formal.

Starters
-Pressed chicken and tarragon terrine, Japanese quince membrillo, apricot and liver paté mousse, brioche croute, chicory salad
-Smoked cauliflower and Camembert fritter, seed romesco, asparagus, truffle mayo (v)
Main courses
-Norfolk reared lamb rump black olive gnocchi, spring pea and broad bean ragout, rose yogurt, heritage carrot
-Barbecued beetroot glazed smoked lion’s mane sirloin, Gruyére pomes purée, pickled mustard seed, beetroot and peas in roasted pepper jus (v)
Dessert
Nectarine mousse and poached nectarine, raspberry gel, raspberry crumble, nectarine sorbet
