Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV 1) Documentary, Sombor

Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV 1) documentary of Serbian journalist Jelena Burgaski and her team about the visit to the Vuk Karadzic Center in Sombor, Serbia by one of the Founder of the Raymond Nicolet Trust, Christine Fort-Hilcenko and Vassilis Kargas from the charity UK team last September.

The school employs 60 teachers, among them 40 specialized for special needs children. 150 children with special needs are taught there, with an additional 150 integrated in local schools. Activities include psychometric reeducation, speech-language therapy, sensory integration therapy, rehabilitation for physically disabled and visually impaired children.

The staff is already doing an amazing job with the resources at their disposition.

Présentation d'un documentaire sur Radio Télévision de Voïvodine (RTV 1) de la journaliste serbe Jelena Burgaski et de son équipe a l'occasion de la visite au Centre Vuk Karadzic de Sombor, Serbie de l'une des fondatrices de l’association “Raymond Nicolet Trust”, Christine Fort-Hilcenko accompagnée de Vassilis Kargas, tous deux membres de l’equipe britannique de l’association en septembre dernier. L'école emploie 60 enseignants, dont 40 spécialisés dans l'encadrement d' enfants nécessitant des besoins spéciaux. 150 de ceux-ci y sont intégrés, et 150 autres sont répartis dans les écoles locales. Les activités comprennent la rééducation psychométrique, l'orthophonie, la thérapie d'intégration sensorielle, la réadaptation pour les enfants handicapés physiques et visuels. Le personnel exécute un travail admirable avec les ressources mises à sa disposition. Un grand merci à tout le personnel et aux enfants du Centre Vuk Karadzic pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil, et un immense merci à Jelena Burgaski et à son équipe pour leur patience et pour ce très beau documentaire.

Школа запошљава 60 наставника, међу којима је 40 специјализованих за децу са посебним потребама. Овде  учи 150 деце с посебним потребама, док је  додатних 150 интегрисано  у локалне школе. Активности укључују психометричну реедукацију, говорно-језичку терапију, терапију сензорне интеграције као и рехабилитацију за децу са оштећењима и слабовидну децу.

Особље обавља задивљујући посао са ресурсима који им стоје на располагању.
