Drop-in session by Christine Fort-Hilcenko at the Cobham Free School, Surrey, UK to give a talk to the children about the actions of the Raymond Nicolet Trust in Serbia. All the children were very enthusiastic and supportive of our ambitious goals and keen to engage an exchange with the children of the Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj School, Pancevo, in Serbia. This correspondence exchange between the children has started before Christmas and is going strong.
Today Christine collected the drawings created by a Year 6 class from the school that is taking part in the drawing competition organized by the Trust in England, France, Serbia and Greece.
Christine was impressed with the level of care and thought that the kids have put into these to describe their ideal school.
The Raymond Nicolet Trust is grateful to Mrs Gill Rolfe, Head of Junior at Cobham Free School, to allow this to happen and for the warm welcome she and the children reserved to Christine.
Last year, the Cobham Free School donated a large number of books for the schools in Serbia that the charity is supporting. The books will be shipped in the first quarter 2020.

A beautiful example of children breaking international barriers to show support to their equivalent European neighbours in need and starting building bridges to enable further cooperation in line with the Raymond Nicolet Trust’s objectives.
Présentation de Christine Fort-Hilcenko aux élèves de la Cobham Free School, Surrey, Royaume-Uni, des actions du Raymond Nicolet Trust en Serbie. Tous les enfants se sont montrés enthousiastes et favorables à nos objectifs, et désireux d'engager un échange avec les enfants de l'école Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj, Pancevo, en Serbie. Cet échange de correspondance entre les enfants de nos deux pays a commencé des avant Noël et se poursuit. Aujourd'hui, Christine a pu recueillir les dessins effectués par une classe de CM2 de l'école qui participe au concours de dessins organisé par l’association en Angleterre, en France, en Serbie et en Grèce.
Christine a été agréablement impressionnée par le niveau de soins mis par ces enfants pour décrire leur école idéale.
L’association “Raymond Nicolet Trust” exprime sa reconnaissance à Mme Gill Rolfe, Directrice de la section Junior de la Cobham Free School, d'avoir permis cette manifestation et pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'elle- même et ses élèves ont réservé à Christine.
L'année passée, la Cobham Free School a fait don d' un stock important de livres pour les écoles de Serbie que l'association soutient. Ceux-ci seront expédiés au cours du premier trimestre 2020.
Un bel exemple d’enfants généreux brisant les barrières internationales afin d'afficher leur soutien à leurs voisins européens dans le besoin, et commencer à construire des ponts afin de permettre une coopération internationale plus poussée conformément aux objectifs que s'est fixés l’association “Raymond Nicolet Trust”.
Госпођа Кристина Форт Хилценко је са ђацима школе ( Cobham Free School) из Суреја из Велике Британије разговарала о акцијама Фондације Raymond Nicolet Trust које ова Фондација спроводи на територији Републике Србије. Деца су била одушевљена и подржала су наше амбициозне циљеве у жељи да се дописују са децом из Основне школе „Јован Јовановић Змај“ из Панчева у Србији. Ова акција дописивања између деце ове две школе започела је пре Божића и постаје све интензивнија.
Кристина је такође прикупила пристигле цртеже из 6. разреда основних школа које су учествовале у такмичењу које је ова Фондација организовала у Енглеској, Француској, Србији и Грчкој.
Кристина је била импресионирана нивоом маште коју су деца користила у цртању своје идеалне школе.
Фондација Raymond Nicolet Trust изражава захвалност Госпођи Gill Rolfe директорки Основне школе Cobham Free School која је омогућила да се све ово спроведе у дело, као и указаној срдачној и топлој добродошлици са којом је дочекана Кристина. Прошле године је школа Cobham Free School донирала велику количину књига за школе у Србији. Књиге ће бити испоручене у првом кварталу 2020. године.Ово је предиван пример који пружају деца, пробијајући међународне баријере како би пружила подршку својим европским суседима и започела изградњу мостова пријатељства уз даљу сарадњу у складу са циљевима Фондације Raymond Nicolet Trust.
