For the Raymond Nicolet Trust’s actions, Christine, one of the founders of the charity, has been nominated and selected as a finalist of the 21st Century Icon Awards, out of 700 nominees worldwide, in the Philanthropic category for her efforts and commitment to date.

Thank you all for your support and I would like to thank the whole of the charity team for their involvement and help. Without them it would not have been possible to get to where we are today. And this is only the start of a long adventure for us and the kids in Serbia. Despite the difficulties, the doubts sometimes, this charity has seen the light and is prospering now. A great adventure, achieved with the help of my family, loyal friends, New friends met on different paths around the globe, people with enormous hearts, who want to act to help these children to smile again and give them equal opportunities as the children in the rest of Europe.
